5. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing: All prices listed are in PKR and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display the most accurate pricing information; however, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct any pricing mistakes and cancel orders where necessary.
- Payment: Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. For high-value items (PKR 50,000 or above), full payment is required in advance.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, mobile wallet payments, and cash on delivery (for eligible orders).
6. Order and Delivery
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee that the order will be fulfilled.
- Delivery: Delivery timelines are based on your location. Orders within Lahore qualify for same-day delivery if placed before 2:00 PM, subject to payment clearance. Orders outside Lahore will be delivered within 2 working days upon full payment clearance.
- **Risk of Loss**: Once the order has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
7. Return and Refund Policy

8. Warranty
- Product Warranty: Certain products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
- Win Computers Warranty: We offer no additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty unless explicitly stated.

Win Computers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in dispute.
