What This Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects

What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage, burns, or signs of tampering

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence

• Issues resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Claim Warranty

1. Contact WiWU Pakistan customer support.

2. Return the defective product along with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

3. Based on inspection, the product will be repaired, replaced, refunded, or exchanged as deemed appropriate.

4. In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, replacement or refund is available within 10 days of receiving the product.

Warranty Void Conditions

• Removal or alteration of the serial number or warranty sticker

• Failure to follow usage or maintenance instructions

• Unauthorized modification or repair

• Physical damage or burn marks are strictly not covered under warranty
